Abstract:
Requires parents/legal guardians of public school students to provide proof of domicile for school enrollment.
Proposed law requires a parent or legal guardian to provide proof of domicile when enrolling his child in public school. Defines “domicile” as a person’s principal or habitual place of residence.
Position: Oppose
Um, I think folks are already required to provide this information when they enroll their kids in school.
